As People and Culture Lead, Jenna brings strategic and commercial acumen backed by extensive experience driving business results through effective HR strategies and people leadership. Her international experience includes employment law expertise across NZ, Australia and the UK. Jenna has a demonstrated ability to influence executives, optimize budgets, and lead organizational change in dynamic environments, helping put Lancom Technology's people first.
