The milestone is the direct result of a company-wide employee engagement assessment and is therefore awarded solely on the strength of the feedback provided by the people who work at Lancom Technology, facilitated by workplace culture authority Great Place to Work.

The Trust Index survey measures employee sentiment across dimensions including trust in leadership, workplace culture, and overall experience. These factors combine to form a comprehensive picture of organisational health and employee experience, with benchmarking against global standards used to determine eligibility for certification.
