Lancom Technology, a leading software and technology provider serving Australia and New Zealand, has acquired a majority stake in HSE Connect Ltd. HSE Connect Ltd provides a health and safety SaaS application called HSE Connect which has an existing customer base of over 700 businesses across New Zealand and Australia.
Founded in 2015, HSE Connect is a cloud-based health and safety application that has been built specifically with WorkSafe in mind. The company is a preferred partner of the New Zealand Motor Trade Association and has a customer base including Auto Super Shoppe, Barkers, Cancer Society, ITM and McDonald's New Zealand.
Waruna Kirimetiyawa, Chief Executive for Lancom Technology said: “I’m very excited to be partnering with HSE Connect. There is a huge growth opportunity in the health and safety SaaS sector and with our long history of developing SaaS applications there is a great fit between the two companies. We built the original application alongside Tony, the founder and have closely followed their progress over the years.”
